What made you make the move to Centrica Energy?
I always wanted to work for an ambitious international company which cares about its employees, the environment, and its impact on the world. Moreover, having exciting opportunities for personal development and career opportunities was a deciding factor for me.
What does a Junior Agile Coach do?
My team is dedicated to creating and maintaining continuous improvement, enhancing both the speed and quality of delivery by enabling transparency, knowledge sharing, and collaboration within the organization. We aim to ensure readiness to adapt to changes that we face in today’s fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. We facilitate small and big workshops and assist with implementing various Agile practices and utilizing different tools to address the specific needs of both teams and the organization as a whole.
What’s your favourite thing about being an Energy Mover at Centrica Energy?
One of the things that I love the most about my job is that no days are the same. We continuously improve and there is always a new challenge and tasks to work on and learn from.
Having exciting opportunities for personal development and career opportunities was a deciding factor for me.

Can you tell us about an achievement you’re proud of?
I am proud that I am a part of a team who works on continuous improvement such as improving engagement, processes, collaboration, and knowledge sharing in the company. My colleagues from different departments trust our team and come to us with both challenges and opportunities. My biggest joy and achievement is to help my colleagues across the entire organization make their work more efficient, easier, and more fun.
What should someone dreaming of becoming an Energy Mover know about Centrica Energy?
That even though the energy sector is a predominantly male-dominated industry, the company and my colleagues work tirelessly on supporting diversity at the workplace. We have more and more female leaders and role models in the company, and my male colleagues show allyship behaviour.
