What made you make the move to Centrica Energy?

To be part of shaping a greener energy future and learn from senior industry leaders in the various of business rotations during the Graduate Programme.

What do you do in your current rotation?

I’m a Product Owner of PPA contracts at an operational level in Structured Operations.

What is the best part of being a graduate at Centrica Energy?

The best part is that I get to test myself and learn from industry leaders in various positions in a renewable energy trading organisation like Centrica Energy. I know it will set me up for success to embark on an exciting career in the renewable energy industry

Can you tell us about an achievement you’re proud of?

As I’m on my first rotation, it’s still early days, but I’m very excited about putting my competencies into play in my first rotation. During my previous internship at a consulting firm, I was assigned to a project focused on LNG contract arbitration. It’s a very complex and specialised area that requires a deep understanding of energy contracts’ legal and commercial aspects, and I’m very proud of having successfully contributed to the LNG contract arbitration analysis during this internship – and I can’t wait to also contribute during this Graduate Programme.

What’s your best advice for someone wanting to make the move and join the graduate programme?

I believe it’s very important to figure out the key interest and passion of your career, and based on that, shape the skillsets that match the Graduate Programme that you are interested in. And finally connect your ambition and ability to stand out from others.
