Our daily work and cooperation with you takes place in our unique and in-house developed platform, Centrica Direct. The platform is a web-based trading platform that provides comprehensive access to all markets within your price area, including the aFRR market and simplified IntraDay trading. It is compatible with common browsers, tablets, and smartphones, making it easy to implement and monitor operations from various locations.

The platform is user-friendly, with intuitive features and advanced heat planning tools that integrate production data with weather and consumption information. Developed continuously with customer input, Centrica Direct ensures transparency in bid pricing and offers 24/7 support from experienced operators.

With high uptime guaranteed by 24/7 IT support and in-house solutions, Centrica Direct optimises market utilisation. It also allows for integration with other Heat & Power software and includes numerous planning tools for district heat production. We provide round-the-clock support and can manage the daily optimisation of your assets, making us a preferred partner for a long list of asset owners.
