We’ve been awarded one of the ‘Best Workplaces in Denmark’  

Centrica Energy Denmark has – for the third year in a row – been awarded one of the “Best Workplaces in Denmark”, with a 4th placement on the Top 25 list in the category for organisation with 50-499 employees.  

Reflecting on the recognition, Global People Director, Aki Danmark Palikaras, said:  

“We are very pleased to be awarded one of the “Best Workplaces in Denmark” – building on our accolades under the ‘Great Place to Work’ certification,  a globally recognised validation of exceptional workplace culture.

The recognitions and awards are based on the Great Place to Work® certification and employee survey from Dec. 24 alongside an extensive Culture Audit Profile, that describes the initiatives, actions, and workplace practices at Centrica Energy. The brief spans over policies, practices, events, and initiatives that are conducted by our Leadership Team, People Team, Centrica Women’s Network, and our employee-driven Staff association.
