Uploading your CV

As a minimum, your CV must contain your contact info, relevant education, work experience, role responsibilities and key achievements. Please include other insights such as any international experience or skills obtained from other job roles.


Try to keep your CV short and to the point. Consider if all the information is relevant to the role you are applying for.

Your cover letter should highlight your motivations and reflect who you are as a person.

First interview

First interview

The purpose of this interview is to ensure a good match – i.e. that you have the competencies needed for the role and to ensure the job meets your career aspirations.

The focus for the first interview is to

  • Introduce you to our business, your role, and the team
  • Evaluate your experience and motivation for applying
  • Discuss your strengths and development areas, and
  • Assess your match with the team.

If we agree that there’s a good match, you will be invited for a second interview.

Second interview

Second interview

Prior to the second interview, you will receive a personality self-assessment questionnaire and, depending on the role, a technical or functional test. We use these tests to create a dialogue and to get to know you even better as a person.

The focus of the second interview is to

  • Further understand who you are as a person
  • delve a little deeper into your competences and experience
  • Provide feedback on your personality assessment and (if applicable) tests, and
  • Discuss your expectations of our workplace and your aspirations for the future.

Offer and onboarding
If you’re the successful candidate, we will talk through the details of your offer. If you agree to the offer, you will be warmly welcomed into our team of energy movers!

We strive to give you the best possible start to your new journey and make you feel welcome. Your new manager will follow an onboarding plan to make sure everything is ready when you join, and an assigned buddy will support you during the first phases of your employment.
